better effects! clean recepters?
I was wondering if you took chrysin throughout your cycle if you would have better gains or if you took it for abit before your cycle? I have read somewhere awhile about that it has shown the ability to clean up recepeters. With that would doing this have any positive effect?

To my knowledge there is no such research that has been done on Chyrsin. Most OTC suppliments use AS to gain momentum and marketing. For example Chrysin has been compared to Nolv/Armidex/Liquidex as an anti Esters, but fact is, it has not evidence based on scientific study that it does so. And to say that it compares to Nolv, no freaking way..

I would NEVER use chrysin as an anti-e, I probbly will never buy it but I was just wondering if it had effects on cleaning up recepters. if it had this abilitys it would be good pre-cycle maybe?

aromatase activity, an in vitro study. J Steroid Biochem Molec
Biol. 57(3/4):215-223.
this study showed chrysin to have aromatase inhibiting properties, but evidence has shown chrysin has very weak bioavailability when administered orally.
