    Pumping Iron movie question...

Surely you all remember Louie's introduction scene, when he was downing tablets. Those bottles looked too big to be gear. Aminos or vitamins (old school Animal Packs) maybe because he was taking handfuls without counting closely?

On a side note, did Serg look fantastic or what?

If you do a search on this you will find numerous articles stating in fact he was popping esteroides in that scene.. Back then it was perfectly legal and I imagine they wanted to have it on film to keep it going with the whole buildup to Mr Olympia or whatever that was held in Africa. Remember they made louie look like the doofus in this movie while Arnold was portrayed as a prince.

I didn't he was huge, cut and had a bright promising future. But then his dad/trainer died, he quit to do the Hulk, came back but never got his Mr. O, and even got stiffed in the Senior O contest, losing to Robby. However, with problems he overcame he got the last laugh is charging people $750 to train for one day with him/watch, and numerous guest show appearances. Big Louie is just fine.

How do you know his dad died?

In Raw Iron, they say his dad is like living in Florida...
