but 2 weeks and a day ago i was running 40s, and i hurt my groin/lower abdomen, and now it is still hurting, when i try to lunge down it hurts and when i lunge w/ weights it hurts REALLY BAD
i also do short distance speed drills and it hurts my groin to run
i kno it isnt sore b/c i can tell a difference between a sore muscle and w/e this is, isnt a burn, its a pain
i was wondering if this would be from cramping, pulled muscle, torn muscle (doubt it, prolly'd be purple), or maybe even a hernia?
