Feelin like crap after cycle
Hey bros, Just finished test/deca /dbol cycle and doing pct right now. I'm in the second week and I feel like sheit. I could workout fine and get good pumps, but the next day I feel like I can't get up. Always tired, especially at work. Is it because my cal. intake is high and I'm not burning it? Should I throw in some cardio? I just hate feelin so damn tired. Any suggestions?

Could be cause your hormones are low, are you on PCT and did you use HCG during the cycle?

On the second week of pct. No I didn't use hcg cuz I heard you only need to use it for cycles over 12 weeks. I did a 10 week cycle. I feel great at the gym I feel fine and actually hit the weights hard. It's when I wake up to go to work and it takes til afternoon to feel somewhat normal.

I always feel tired while on or off cycles. My advice would be to throw in some more cardio, take ephedra, and get more sleep if that means taking a nap after work. Also when i'm on PCT, I keep my training to 3 or 4 days a week which makes me feel better and i'm usually less tired. Whereas when i'm juiced, I can workout 6 days a week easily. Coffee and energy drinks will help also.

Why not try an ECA stack? Also, I think that cardio (30 min/4x's a week), would help a great deal.

i always have to do some eca while on clomid due to the extreme lethargy i feel while on pct. it usually passes after pct is done.

Thanks guys. I think I'll just do some cardio. I feel sluggish in the morning but when I'm at the gym I'm a different person. Maybe I'll do it in the morning.
