I have always wondered about those sort of veins myself. I remember seeing nice rope veins on arnold and others in the 70s/80s, but NOTHING like that. Indeed it does look like a tapeworm. Paul dillet has to be the worst I've ever seen, his chest looks like 40 tapeworms inhabit it. Muscles or no muscles, those sorta veins look like shit. My dad has the same veins in his legs and he doesn't work out, some people just have shitty genes for veins I suppose.
