    run nolva or have it on hand

    When running a test e only cycle 500 mgs a week. Definately do not want gyno lol should i take nolva everyday or should i hold off and just have just in case i feel it startin?

    just keep it on hand, u shouldnt have any problems with that cycle but just in case

    nolva and proviron keep me dry... but 500 is on the low side.

    u can use it if ur realllll worried about gyno but id just keep it on hand, i still havent used nolva during cycle and havent had a problem

    Personally I use 10mg ED and it keeps the gyno away. I went off of it for 5 days using Clomid and immediately got sore nips and had to use 80mg nolvadex for several weeks to get rid of the sore nipples. So whoever things clomid and Nolvadex work exactly the same are full of it!
