inject twice a week or once a week?!

Ok guys check it out im doing 1st cycle 10 wks test enenthate and 10 wks deca. The test-en 500mg and Deca 400mg a week. With the nolva,B-6, and clomid. Though I'm confused seeing how some say inject the test twice a week while others say once a week. What's best? And if its so twice a week, then how do I go about the mg per week?

So anyone can help me out, thanks allot.

500mg divided by 2 equals 250mg.

Twice a week I.E. monday morning/thursday evening

I would go with two injections a week, it will keep the levels in your blood more consistent. Try injecting 250mg Test E and 200 mg of Deca on say tuesday, and then the same injection on saturday of that week, for the entirety of your cycle, with test extending for another two weeks. Good luck buddy.

The test should be ran longer that the deca. They have different esters. At least one week longer. IMO two weeks would be better.

i had an argument with devildog i was saying keeping blood levels was important but he claimed with tha half-life of test-e once a week was sufficient, i kno im right tho , i still will use twice a week even after tha argument

2 times a week will keep blood levels nice and even and help with sides. you should also run the test 1 week longer then the deca. this will help you line up pct.
