Tamoxifen citrate

I have a little case of gyno, not to bad, just slightly puffy and sensitive nipples. I have just got my Tamoxifen citrate in from our sponsers website and was wondering how much I should take until the symptoms are over, and then how much I should continue to take. I am in my 5th week of test E 400 a week and was holding out on my anti e to see how exceptable I was to gyno. Apparently Im pretty exceptable. So any help would be great on how much to take and when the best time to take it is. THanks guys yall have all been great in getting me through this first cycle.

im sure there's more experienced guys here, but personally i would take 40-60mg/day till the symptoms subside and then continue with 10-20mg/day thru pct.

Do i take this all at the same time, and does it matter when I should take it during the day. THanks for your reply
