Who got the rebound?

Wsup?! Its been april since Ive completed my last cycle which was dbol 35mg
enan 250 wk and eq 200 wk. I finished with the usual clomid therapy for about
3 weeks only and ran 20mg of nolva all the way through.

dilemna:

I recently found a sore lump on the right nip, just to the right of the areola (men have those right? ) anyway, I noticed it about a week ago.
Early last year I did a cycle and had gyno signs on the left nipple, but that
was soon after the cycle. I took nolva 40 mg till it went away.

So:

I think it could be gyno rebound or something. Any info about gyno rebound
or any suggestions would be appreciated. peace.
