Summer cycle help with HCG

I am going to do this cycle and need to know when and how much HCG to add in:

Weeks 1-4 50mg dbol ed
Weeks 1-10 600mgs wk EQ
Weeks 1-10 500mgs wk SUS
Clomid weeks 13-15.

I have two pregyl 5000iu how and when should this be added?
I may also stretch the cycle to 12 weeks because I have enough gear.
