    losing then gaining wtf?

    Im about to start my pct in a few days on a 500mg'wk enanathe cycle +10mg of nolva ed... like 3-4 days ago it felt i got smaller... so i checked the scale and i lost 5lbs.. i was like wtf... then right now i checked it again and i gained it back... if not more..is this normal?

    Do you check your weight at the same in the morning. before you eat breakfast?

    also i have been taking mad shits lately... like i eat then i take a shit.. but they are small as hell... and like 6 times a day.. this just starting happening like a wk ago

    weight can go up and down about 5 pounds due to water food intake, etc. depends on what time of day you measure.

    Nolvadex prevents Gyno. and REDUCES the bloat.

    Yep.Intestinal matter is sometimes the culprit,along with water retention.Weighing yourself daily isn't a great idea.Once weekly,or bi wkly is sufficient.
