    Question "eca" or "ecy" stack help me out

    1.just bought some of those primatene mist tabs they have 12.5mg ephedrine in them.

    2.got some green tea extract pills with 50mg caffeine in them

    3.also have some 250mg yohimbe tabs

    my question is how many of each would make a good weight loss stack?
