Need weight loss tips
I am 24 6' and 240lbs. I would like to get down to 190-200. I was thinking of taking Clen and possibly something else(Cytomel , T3) I am a newbie and was wondering what everyone thought is the best way to go. What types of results can I expect from a cycle. What types of workouts I need to do along with the cycle, I am not looking to gain much muscle mass, although a little would be ok too, I really want to concentrate on loosing the weight. I want to stay away from the needles. All info would be helpful. Thanks guys.

DIET,DIET DIET.
Your diet is one of the most important factors of this lifestyle.Before even thinking of going on a cycle your diet and training should be tight.Once they are straight then worry about cycling.

personally, wouldnt run t3 or cytomel because of the muscle atrophy you will aquire without the use of AAS. t3 i know is some strong stuff, but will eat muscle as well as fat from my understanding. starting out, i would do SHIT TONS of cardio as well as high rep low weight exercises. basically, the cardio will help you speed up your metabolism as well as burn fat. and if your looking still to burn fat without putting on tons of muscle, my advice would be to weightlift using low weight and higher reps. you get soem good definition from this. and if you are just starting to workout or just starting seriously, i would try naturally, then after you see progress jump on some clen . has some sides, but really good stuff once your already in the rythem of things. now this is my own personall prespective and im just trying to help ya out bro!

what most people do not understand is that the single most important aspect of speeding up your metabolism to accelerate fat loss IS MUSCLE MASS! The more muslce you have the more efficient your body utilizes in burning fat. Keep your calories low, workout 3 times a week, and do some hard cardioo...
