How much anavar??? Please Help!

I am 5'5 about 160lbs...12% body fat
cycle history: 12 week (prop, eq cycle)...that is it

I want to run an anavar cycle just by itself...probably with some Creatine ethyl Ester to help with gains...i am not using test or anything else...so what do you guys think...i know the rule of thumb is body weight x.125 (20mg) but that is prob bullshit...i want to feel some good effects but don't want to go overboard becasue i dont want to blow my money...i was thinking anywhere from 25mg-40mg...what u think...also split doeses in morning and night right?

also is there any other supps. i should run with it to help gains...
i am obviously using a whey protein, cee, maltodextrin with post workout
and milk thistle for liver...anything else would help???

20 mg of anavar is bs....to see any result from it I would need to take 50 mg minimum everyday. And, as was answered in your numerous "var" posts, yes, you split the doses...one in the am, on in the pm.

Have you even considered altering your diet and/or training routine? At 19 yrs old you have plenty of natty test and gh in your system to grow like a weed....if you are not, then your diet sucks.....JMHO

Your blowing your $ already if you do var alone- run prop with it and the var should be at least 50 mg ED.

I agree. Var on its own is bs, especially at 20mg/day! It will significantly lower libido if taken on its own.

not if you keep it at 100 mg or under....many have run it alone for 4-6 months at 100 mg ed and not had a drop in sex drive...but everyone is different

Run some prop with it bro.
