22 gauge, not so bad
I used a 22 gauge to draw out my required amount of 1.5cc's of test ent and 1cc of equipoise , and then I transported over to a brand new syringe that was 22 gauge. This needle looked fucking HUGE, but I sucked it up and took it very slow. I hit the designated area in the glutes, aspirated and started to descend until it was all the way in the muscle. My ass is a little sore, but in a good way I guess. Just thought I would share that if the needle looks intimidating than just suck it up and go with it, you are stronger than a needle!!!!

My buddy is using 22 gauge, and I told him he was one brave soul. But he is a deca fanatic, so that would explain that.
22 gauger, that is a nail compaired to what I shoot.

22 isnt so bad..looks like it will hurt more than it does..anything in a lower gauage however, watch out. That is like sticking a nail in your ass!

Standards are 23g 1.5" for glutes, and 25g (or 24g) 1" for quads & delts.
Use the smallest gauge needle you can to avoid scar tissue / pain.
You have to use a larger gauge for longer needles; the flow rate depends on length & diameter. A 25g 1.5" needle would take forever to push oil through!
When I started all I had available were 18g needles and I thought "Damn, that wasn't too bad." I looked at one the other day and thought "Holy shit, that's a small pipe!"Last edited by Ajax; 04-30-2002 at 03:25 AM.

i agree with ajax, i always use a 22 gauge enven for shoulder and tri shots, its a little hard to get the pin through the shoulder, i usually have to pinch the skin, 25 for winny though, never had it clog, screw drinkng it, you start hitting your tris and bis and youll understand why, like rocks
