Hey, first I need to know how the nolva off Arr is taken, do I need to heat it up or just squirt straight into to the mouth from the bottle??? and second I need to know how 30mg of d-bol should be taken shrew the day? they are 10mg tabs, all at once or dived amongst the day and thanks agin for the help.
