    Exclamation Newbies that need help w/ cycles

    For all you new guys out there looking for help with cycles... You've come to the right place but Please take the time to research first by studying the novice cycles located on the main page of www.steriod.com

    After viewing them please use the search button to view previous threads About the specific compounds you wish to use and be sure to check out the steriod profile section of this forum.

    After that feel free to post your proposed cycle for critique by our members.
    And when u do post please include your FULL stats and goal of the cycles.

    somebody told me those cycles are a little outdated. Do I just get an idea from those?

    i dn't think they're outdated. Yeah use that as a start then use the search button on the board after u know what u wanna use.
    The steriod profiles are also very helpful.

    Novice forever?

    MBaraso,

    Can these "novice" cycles continue to be used by guys who have used steroids for a few years already, especially if they have only done one cycle per year? Or does a tenth cycle have to look like alphabet soup?
