I've only gained about 5 lbs, solid muscle. I'm still around 8-9% bf, maybe less.
Try stretching and/or doing low intensity exercises prior to running to get the blood circulating beforehand.Originally posted by hockeyman20

Most often happens with Dbol. Deca helps to alleciate it.
I'll try stretching before next time but if that doesn't work i might try rollerblading and see how that is on my back. thanks
