Alright guys Heres some backgroung info.. Im 23. 5' 7.5" 160 pounds. 8% BF. Ive worked out on and off for a few years but had two herniated disc and had surgery Feb 2005. Ive been back in the gym for about 3 months. (Perhaps I should have waited longer to start a cycle but oh well. I felt comfortable) Im at the end of week 6 in this cycle and I went from 146 pounds to 160 with 8%BF:
Week 1 - 6: Dbol 25mg ED/ Proviron 25 mg ED
Week 3 - 13: 600 mg Test E a week / 10 mg Nolva ED
Clomid and Nolva on hand for PCT
My bench is at 285 right now
Deadlifts: 390
Squat: havent maxed.
Im training 5 days a week:
Mon: Chest
Tues: Biceps/ Forearms
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Shoulders/ Traps/Triceps
Fri: Back
Im eating everything I can (good stuff)
Eat every 3 hours about 200 g protein a day
Ive been at 160 for about a week now. I dont think that the Test E has totally kicked in yet so thats probably why Ive leveled off for now.
Anything that you guys think that I should change for optimal growth?
Oh yeah other than 400mg of test E a week that I did 5 years ago this is my first real cycle. I didnt know what I was doing back then and ate and trained like crap. Plus I was 18.
