I'am thinking about getting my whole arm inked (shoulder to wrist). I just finished my cycle (gained 23lbs). I was wondering if i gained about 40lbs over the next couple of cycles would it **** my tattoo up,![]()

It shouldn't. I've gained 70 pounds since my first one and it still looks fine, just a lot smaller now though then originally.
I have gained and lost up to 30 lbs over the past few years, all of mine are fine.
my cross in the center of my left arm has shifted slightly to a side as my arms got a little bigger. but my band still looks good. No worries bro
You can easily work your way to over 300lbs with barely any bodyfat and still have several very cool tattoos, like a former Smod here; who was an admin of a very good board with many knowledgable staff, who don't rip off then repeat the info posted here, in any way. Lets talk about his tattoos for a minute:
He has "Out of court Settlement" tattoo'd on the back of his head...
http://forums.steroid.com/showthrea...too#post1584603"When i got divorced I showed up in front of the judge with Two crossed surpressed 9mm's, a wedding ring in a pool of blood and a banner that said "out of court settlement" tattooed on the back of my head. That should send a message to her.... I just wish i had pics of it still, it's my greatest tattoo ever, too bad I can't hold a job if i shave my head now."
His other one says "Legalize murder"

The 'ol Spider Web on the elbow:

And a tattoo on his penis:

With "Stay Down" tattoo'd across his knuckles:

Pretty cool, right? I also read on the board he founded that he has a tattoo on his neck of a "panther spitting daggers"...
You should change your name to stalker... LOL, joking man. It just seems like you won't let go... you keep talking about him every chance you get(let alone knowing every theadOriginally Posted by hooker

I had those saved actually. When I read the MOB thread about him, started by G-S (the chairman) I looked up those old posts for a laugh and posted them elsewhere.
And yeah....I don't let go. People who do anything (ever) to me that I don't like...I just never let go, once I have them looking stupid....BDTR was one of those people. More like a pitbull than a stalker...because I just don't let go once I have a piece of someone.
As for you, as I recall, I saved your ass from being suspended....and also from lifetime-banned here more than once...you got away with a suspension a few times, because of me also. I find you funny, though....

None of the tattos I have have shifted and I have gained about 35lbs since getting my first. They actually look better on both delts and right bicep because I have gained mass and the muscles look better.
dtr dont be so sensitive, must be on your PCT.. its ok.

Just be thankful you don't get PMS
I was thinking about this last night as I have a tattoo that I had done originally at 16 (10 years ago) and even that one is fine and my weight and size has varied from when I had to stop lifting for a while, etc. I don't think I would be too concerned. Even if it did get a little distorted or shifted, I don't think it's anything a touch-up couldn't take care of![]()
i know sweetie, at least IBdmfkr fell for it. lol

I sinced gained 20 lbs over this last week (glucose superconpensation post-contest)...The tatoo didn't change in appearance over the weight loss or rapid weight-gain. Overall i think it depends on your skin's elasticity...and that tends to vary from individual to individual.
Most tatoos on the back don't suffer much changes i guess...
The tatoo on my back is still fine after goin up 35lbs...

The lower back (where when I gain and lose I obviously get some and lose some there) is the same too...at least I think so (kinda hard to see it except in the mirror..)
My upper back was done in Dec/Jan and I've definitely put on quite a bit of size since then, looks fine also.
mine still look the same, only thing is color has really faded, but they're 38yrs old!!
I got both of my arms 1/2 sleeve and have gained 30 pounds since my first arm and they still look great, I might need to touch up the ink a bit because it's almost starting to look a little faded but it's all good and gravy.![]()
I've gained 40 Lbs and lost a lot due to an accident and gained 35 Lbs back on and mine looks fine. My buddy owns a tat shop and you will want to wait until you lose some water retention (if you have much) because the ink doesn't stay in the skin as well unless you get it driven in deep! In my opinion I would give it a few weeks to let the water levels drop and this just gives you more time to really tweek what you are going to get. Happy jabbing!!![]()

My latest and biggest one is on my back and goes from middle of my shoulder blade to the other shoulder blade, it never changed a bit but I also had the whole thing down and then the whole thing recoloured after it healed to really drive in the black (it's tribal). My other one is on my upper thigh and have had it for 10 years and it never changed except a little colour fading. If you have any questions about tats let me know and I can ask my buddy.
My upper back is shoulder blade to shoulder blade also and I'm surprised it isn't distorted because most of the size I put on since I got it is in my back and shoulders. I guess I'll see if I drop some size again.. I'll just have it touched up if so...Originally Posted by ldobbs
Thanks, I will keep that in mind![]()
I have a Scorpion on my delt
Don't think i have to worry about stretching too much
My delts aren't gonna grow that quick (shame)

Im about to begin my first cycle and was thinking if i should get my tattoo before I start or after I finish the cycle. It would be across my back from shoulder to shoulder.
Any input at all would help.
and worse case, you can always get your tatto re-colored
If you haven't started then I'd wait until after your cycle..Originally Posted by INSANEMAN675
I'd at least wait until your body doesn't have a lot of water in it because if the tat isn't driven DEEP than the water will force out some of the colour costing you more to get the whole thing recoloured.
