How much cardio, if any, do you guys recommend while bulking?
I've heard some say just 1 x week others 3 x week but your trying to gain not lose the weight

my last bulk i did 3x weekly at about 17min......it helped keep the fat low...still had great gains

Thats dependent on you. I really don't think its how many times a week as to how long and your intensity level.
I'll second that bro. I've been doing cardio eod for the past few weeks at a low intensity for about 30 minutes beofre I workout. I'll drink my preworkout shake during this time, then hit the weights. To my knowledge I've lost zero strength doing this and no size has been lost either. My midsection is tighter and I am more focused during my workouts. Fotr weight reduction I believe in the torcher of interval cardio for a bit longer then most cats do, 30-40 minutes, 4-5x ewOriginally Posted by 01dragonslayer
