Help with Test Prop/Winnny Cycle
I want to run Test Prop and Winstrol for 8 weeks. My goal is to completely lean up and burn all the fat off.
Is this an optimal cycle?
Also, I've read so much on how much to take and when. How much of each should I run and should i inject ED or EOD?
Also, do I need Clomid Therapy?
This is my first cycle. All I want to do is cut up. I have chosen Test Prop and Winstrol because it seems to be an effective stack with mild sides.
Any help would be appreciated...

i looked at your before and afters...very impressive transformation.
the cycle i am thinking about is
Test Prop/Winstrol for 8 weeks
Running 100 mg Test Prop/Winny EOD along with a great diet and cardio 3 times a week for 40 minutes per session
Is my dosage effective? Is it too much? Should I run Test Prop by its own and then incorporate Winstrol?
Also, should I run the same amount of both for 8 weeks?

-cardio, I like cardio eod, regarless of cutting or bulking. The only thing tht changes is duration and intensity. I would opt for interval cardio. IMO, it's quick, effective but it will kick your ass.
Now that that's out of the way I would like to know your stats?

i am 5'9" 210lbs...pretty muscular but i need to lose some BULK. i want to lean up!! why run the test prop on its own at first? a friend of mine who has run the cycle i am running told me to run them both at the same time. that way i would maintain some lean muscle mass while cutting up

to avoid too much shots of the Winny and the Prop. just drink ur Winny @ 75 Mg, but drink it 2 times a day, morning and night ( 37.5 mg x 2)
and shoot ur Prop EOD
week 1-10 Test Prop. 100 mg/EOD
week 1-10 Winny 75 mg/day (split 2 times)
cause when u drink winny the half life drops to about 9 hrs instead of 24 hrs for the inj.

you need to realize that steroids do NOT burn fat, diet and cardio does. Steroids can help preserve muscle mass while trying to drop fat. The reason you should run prop alone your first time is to see how you react to test alone first. When you start throwing in multiple compounds and you start getting sides you wont know what is causing them.

what kind of results do you achieve from this stack assuming a good diet and proper cardio and weight training?
my take on it is that i will burn the fat and drop some pounds while preserving some lean muscle...and not bulking up.
