injection days?

i have been taking my injections on sat night and wed afternoon. i dont work out on either of those days, does that matter? i work out on mon, tues, thurs, and fri. if i take my shot tonight am i wasting it? should i change date to workout day to get full effect?

i disgree with u on that G.Machine, if he is on Winny or Test Prop. and both are fast acting, usually few hrs and they r into the system. then yes it would make a difference.

word son, I agree with that. It sounds like he's taking test enth or cyp. If you're taking prop, winny or tren I would shoot them ed. Just making sure you're getting the most of what you paid for bro...so...what are you taking?

sorry for the lack of info, tonight's shot will start week 4 of 500mg test e, and 400mg eq per week. i am taking 2 shots 1cc of each twice a week.
