I'll seconds that bro. Other then that, you can stick to short esters and orals. Don't take any form of deca, even the fast acting kind as it stays in your system rather long. I would also be weary of tren, but you would have to double check that because I'm not quite sure.

here is a link to arr's cleansing kit i never used it myself but its supposed to be good.

if you go in the steriod profiles forum it has all the detection times for all substances you can get the info your lookin for in there for whatever compounds you choose.

its located at the top left of each profile (detection time)?
