ok so im wondering about this:

is the gland tissue itself going to be hard? or will it feel like a fat but disorderly (with pockets of tissue thats dense) area of soft tissue?


and

once the fat from the gyno is gone and the gland has shrunk (im using letro) will fat be likely to build up there again if body fat increases?

the surrounding tissue will feel fatty and soft also sensative. behind that will be a small harder lump could be vary small (to small to feel) or larger . Make sure you taper off with that letro your using or you could possibly have a estrogen rebound that could make it worse....!!
