    best time to inje

    what is the best time to inject steroids and how many times a week if i am using 2 shots 2 different components
    in other way what is the best way to split doses of 500 test and 400 EQ /week

    I would do twice a week, mon thurs, and mix the 2 injectables together each one

    The best time to inject for me is in the A.M. Split your injections bi-weekly 1cc of each mixed in the same syringe. Try and stay consistent withh your injections.
