I am in my 7th week of Test E/EQ. I am pleased with the gains i am making, but i haven't really noticed any dramatic strength gains. I have also not experienced any side effects what so ever. Should i be concerned or not?

I would wait one more week and either your not eating enough or the gear is bunk.
By the 7th week u should notice something lol
How much are u eating? Are u bulking/cutting? Give us more info. Let's not blame the gear that quick.
Could be how you train... Are you volume training? If so I would go with less reps in your sets but higher weight.
I am on a bulking phase. I feel i am eating plenty of clean calories, but i am probably not, as deep down i am scared of putting fat on, but i know this is inevitable. The gear is definately legit IMO. Meso, my reps are usually with in the 10 mark, in each set.
How it affects you depends on your genetics, test will add muscle but that doesn't necessarily mean you're going to become twice as strong. Try powerlifting once or twice a week with a couple of your power exercises, it should help

How much size have you gained so far?
I would say about 20lb. Before starting the cycle i was on a major cutting diet and now a major bulker, so am thinking its the large increase in cals? Could i put that much weight on just by food alone?Originally Posted by ant_8u
