Used them forever, great reaserch company, just wondering if anyones heard from them? They were based in louisianna, which is basically demolished? I hadnt recieved an email saying my stuff was sent, and its been awhile?

I got an e-mail from them earlier saying that they would probably be down for a while because of the storm.
