how is this for a diet i am 6'2" 220lbs
breakfast 3 eggs toast 5am
snack whey shake 8am
1 bananna 1 apple 1 v8 11am
2 KFC twisters 12am
snack crackers cookies or what ever i can find 2 pm
with a whey & met2 shake
Dinner chicken/pasta/fish whatever she cookes
is this good or do i need more when i start my test e & deca cycle?
