Lean bulk help

few quick questions.....Body fat is a little higher than I would like should i wait a lil longer to start a lean bulk...visible six pack just a lil extra water weight in the lower abs...what has everyone done for a lean bulk that has provided good results?? tren /prop i have been lookn at but I have never used tren b4 and i see the sides can be very harsh?...also i see some have run winni at the end of there cycles like the last 4 weeks...good idea or not..thanks for the help guys...

75mg tren ace ed/wk 1-11
50mg winny ed/wk 6-13

Tren alone would be better or tren/prop/AI. Oestradiol inhibits the fatty acid utilization that tren, at least in animals, causes.

no more than tren /prop/etc..

actually adding an aromatic steroid may increase shutdown.

any theory why deca causes you to shut down so fast..even though it does not aromatize at a high level at all
