hi again ,
im running my 3rd cycle
week : 1-16 test-ene/500mg/week
week : 1-14 EQ400mg/week
my goals to bulk mass quality muscles and my 2nd goal is to loas fat ( about 7-10 kg = 17.5 - 25 lb of fat )
is this cycle gonna help to score my goals or should i run some compo ( t3/clen ) during the cycle ?!
Ps : tranning so hard and marching about 30-45 min ED i also have knda diet program
