ok for real....i eat tuna, splenda, cinnamon(just a pinch), ff mayo(hellman's Just 2 Good- with the green top), and almonds all mixed up. Might sound gross but it's actually pretty good.

Of course I go with protein shakes,preferably casein,but for real food I agree with lf cottage cheese,and I also like ff yogurt with fruit.
I do sometimes have salad with tuna,or salmon,or even sardines in it.Yummy.

chocalate chip cookies, milk, ice cream... if you want things that are good, if you want stuff good for you or your dieting i usually mix a packet or two of plain instant oatmeal w/ a scoop or two of protein powder.
