time off after primo?

someone told me i should take time on+pct= time off
but do you really have to take that much time off after a primo only cycle of 300 mg ew.

Technically you should always wait until your blood work goes back to normal.

I would give it time off, even with primo. Since primo is so mild some ppl use it for bridging, but that is a diff topic entirely. I would recommend time off for sure, but not necessarily as long as other AASs.

BTW did you gain anything from a primo only cycle, im just curious?
