crash

What should I expect when I come off my cycle. I have heard talk of "crashing." Would just like to know other people's experiences with how they feel, for how long, and when things return to normal. This is considering proper PCT of course.

I am wondering because I am 5 weeks into my cycle, and in about 1 month I am starting up a pretty important task, no details, but it is gonna require mental focus, physical ability, and drive, as well as even temperedness. So any opinions are appreciated.

Eat more to avoid catabolism due to elevated cortisol levels.

If you do good pct i think your crach is just the lethargic depressed feeling of worthlessness your going to feel, just from what ive read 10 wks and ill be there too...

That is really what I want to avoid, because of my new situation, but it looks like I am just gonna have to man up and deal with it. I was almost thinking of cutting my cycle off early, becuase this oppertunity is really a career oppertunity of a life time. They are gonna be making me do things that would be challenging normally, so with the added lethargic, depressed feeling, it is gonna be ALOT worse.

what is ur cycle and how long cause some things are easier to recover than others?

it dosent happen to everyone for u guys who are worried about it ,i have never had it happen to me and i have friends who are the same just take care of urself an pay attention to ur body and do not over do the gear

I am doing 75mg prop ed for 12 weeks, and EQ 400mg for 10 weeks.

ur recovery wont be bad it is easier to recover from prop from my experience. u will probably be a little emotional from the clomid but nothin u cant handle.

I just posted a thread on my pct and why I have not crashed yet. I used Prop 25 weeks, EQ 21 weeks, and Var 5 weeks. This is my pct, 2 weeks into it and no crash. Tongkat Ali (Red Kat), Nolva 20mg ED, Clomid 100mg (before bedtime), L-dex and IGFLr3. Make sure you have the complete cycle in front of you (including pct) before you even start.
