my fiance has been bodybuilding with me since i met her two years ago. she has made substantial gains with the workouts and diet that i have gotten her on since meeting her. for the last six months however, she has hit a major plateau as far as gaining any mass. she is naturally lean but has great genetics for putting on lean mass with proper shape. ( i wish i had her great genetics!) anyhow...she wants to start her first cycle of something. i have alot of experience with this stuff, but not with woman. i know what NOT to give her, but i dont know what will work for her to put on size and get through this plateau. she is 5'4 and 125lbs solid. p.s. we also both know the cons of her doing any of this, but she wants to start a cycle. if anyone has EXPERIENCE with woman and gear, please inform me of those experiences. thanks alot.
