    Bd Db

    I´ve been taking BD D-BOL for 5 days at 30 mg now to start up my test e.

    I red the half-life was only like 6-8 hour. No point in taking it before you go to bed then? Or does it store in your body somehow so the stuff you take before going to bed is usefull to you the next day.

    i´ve been taking 5 mg 6 times a day, maybe best of taking everything before training?

    The thing is i havent noticed anything like getting stronger or so in the gym, when should it kick in a bit?

    try taking 15mg in the morning and either 15mg b4 training or in the evening on your off days.

    u need to give the dbol another week then u will def feel it working

    I take mine before bed, I tried taking them all at once and splitting. I had better results with splitting.

    Im taking 5 mg at a time, do you think its to little. Maybe better with 10-10-10.

    I was taking 5mg every about 3 hours, and 10mg in the am before the gym
