    Key, the legs improved a great deal in just a couple of months, what routine did you use durning that time for the legs...please post it if you could.

    My leg routine....hmm....

    Well, I did them once a week - had a little book that I carried around with me and kept my weights and stuff in it.

    My lifts:

    squats - wider than shoulder width stance, down to parallel

    leg extension - one leg at a time, squeezed at the top

    seated leg curls - didn't do these too heavy b/c i've had lower back problems in the past, so i did them in moderation while i strengthened my low back / ab muscles

    standing dumbell lunges

    ....and then of course calf raises on the sled machine and standing calf raise machine.

    I varied up a few things every now and then of course. It's more of the way I worked out that the exercises I did. I take pride in my legs b/c they are the basis for my "job".

    No, seriously, I ate a lot. My protein supp. was Isopure Chocolate Zero Carb. Of course that was along with all the other foods I crammed down. I'd make my bagel sandwich in the morning (plain bagel warmed - not toasted - with 1 scrambled egg, couple pieces of deli turkey, and a slice of pepper jack cheese).

    I eat whatever I want. My body metabolizes food very quickly and I stay lean. I'm talkin the 3 o'clock What-A-Burger meals don't phase me at all.

    Thanks bro, looks a lot like my routine I do the squats and lunges. I guess I'm just an old fart and ain't gonna have those kinda gains anymore.....damn I gotta start on gear !

    I know a lot of guys like that who eat whatever they get there hands on and they look just as good as guys who have a strict diet. Who knows? Everybody id different I guess?
