Should I use some nolvadex or wait and see if lumps start forming first?

Most deffinetly.Run 30 mgs ED til symtoms subside,thereafter 10 mgs ED.
Better safe than sorry IMO.Or as Grandma used to say"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure".

I would go 60-80mg nolvadex till the pain is completely gone. I had the same thing, hurt like hell but no lumps, jumped on 80mg nolvadex ED and it took 2 weeks on this amount till I felt normal again and pain was gone.

Gyno is far easier to prevent then to cure. A $30 box of Nolva or $4000 in surgery. Do the maths.

run some nolva. are u sure that u havent just iritated ur nipples are they tender or do they actually hurt. hope u aint messing with them all the time otherwise wot do u expect

In circumstances like that should you stop whatever steroid (s) youre running or just continue while using anti-e's?
