i have yet to use injectables, but it would be nice for someone that has experience with them hands on show you for the first time, or watcha video or go online and find step by step instructions with detailed pictures. they should have them on this website. im going to have my brother inject me when i start my cycle. i always hated needles i dont think i would bea ble to do it to myself.

its not as bad as you think...and you get used to it real easy...i used to have to count 1,2,3 GO...now i just drop it in while im on the phone or makin eggs! ...the biggest part is in your mind!

u can get someone else to inject u until u feel comfortable with it then have a bash at doing it yourself. i started off doing it myself but now i just get the gf to do them alot easier less hasle
