Deca or sust 250?

Hey bros I'am going to run a cycle soon. I would like to try deca. The cycle I'am going to run is like this.

week1-4 40mg ED D-bol
week 1-12 Either 400mg deca or 500 sust
Pct
day 1 300mg clomid

2-27 day 100mg clomid

I wanna try deca but I read I should run it with some test becasue it shuts you down hard and I got a old ladie to please lol. How should I run it with SUSt. Also 4 shots a week wow What days should I shot the deca and what day should I shot the sust and were?

My goal to gain about 20 pounds

I'am weighin in at 160 butt naked lol

i think unless ur real short, u should do some natural growing first, and u need test in every cycle, so if u do any cycle have that sust in it

dude, if it's your first cycle you'd be fine w/ just 500mg sus/wk for 10 wks. You have the potential to gain 20 lbs off just that alone if you eat enough and train hard

Agreed, no need for dbol if its your first, just the 500mg sus for 10 like he said, shoot it mon and thurs, and you will see wonders, also do the correct pct to keep what you earned! no deca dick either

from what i have used, i dont like nile which is prob egpyt, get the pakistan ones

im running pakistan sust right now im having great results from it. awesome increase in mass and strength. niles u have to be careful about to many fakes out there
