sick on cycle... please advise

i got this flu that had me in bed all day yesterday and today i still feel weak.what do you guys do when you get sick on a cycle?

well i have been on cycle for 7 weeks... my fever is down today but i feel weak as shit

7 weeks, well it's probably not form the aas then. how long have you been sick just one day? What I would do is, wait 2 or 3 days and see if you don't improve, but if your condition worsens or you start to get really sick you could consider stopping the cycle, but I wouldn't do that just yet. Lot of people are getting sick right now, the late summer flu. I had it not 2 weeks ago, lasted I think 48 hours and then I was fine.

As far as what to do, I'd just take it easy, try and keep the diet as good as you can, and not really worry too much about it. Don't try to hit the gym just let your body recoup.
