well if you with a UG lab you can find some real good prices. I get a 50 ml bottle of test e for $180

yeah...the ugl prices vary widely and the quality does too, but there are some UGLs that price relatively cheap that work extremely well.

usually amps are the most expensive, vials are the least expensive as a general rule of thumb
