I inject 1" in glutes all the time. But I have low bodyfat. Your best bet is 1.5 but if you are low in bf and only have 1 then go for it

I have a low bodyfat % and find that 1'' pins for me are better in glutes, beacuse with the 1.5'' some times i hit a nerve, but like I said you must have a low body fat %, preferrably in the single digits

I can only buy 1 size here in estonia... Dunno how long it is (quite long since it is supposed to be used to glute) but kinda shitty to use the same 4 glutes and delts.
