watched pumping iron video last night

I watched pumping iron video last night and was amazed. If that doesn't make you want to go work out i don't know what would. My question is what were these guys diets like. THey didn't have access to the drugs we have today. Did they eat real clean diets. I know they did lots of orals. How did they stay so freaking huge and lean.

bro they had access to few compounds including injecibles (test's).

just look at what they were eating when all of them were ordering at the dinner, you remember that part...big steaks, dozzen eggs, hamburger by the pound it look, as big mike was shoveling in his mouth it looked raw too...

im sure he said he consumed over 5,000 cal's a day in the movie not sure what part though.

did you watch all the deleated scenes and dvd extras,, its deffinatly a must .?

The part where they were eating all of that shit was in Raw Iron, I think. Not in the original movie. They ate a LOT of frickin' food in just one meal.

yeah that was crazy amount of food too . by far my fav BB Film. i wasnt sure if it was in the original , i have the 25th anaversary edition, it has a ton of extras and interviews with schwarzenegger, ferigno, big mike katz ,zane and everyone else that was in the film. Awesome movie i love it.

so instead of a real clean diet they just ate the shit out of everything??? I haven't watched the extra stuff. I will as soon as i get home. Franco Columbo was my favorite. He was a stacked sob.

They were eating massive quantities of meat and eggs.

yes he was..he does have a perfect body for a little guy.

yeah they eat just everything in site it seems, but they had to have eattin clen aswell keep that in mind. that was probly like the biggest cheat day for em just to show off for the movie.
