I take 60mg in the morning, and 60 in the afternoon, seems to work great for me
I agree. Split your doses.....A.M. and early P.M.
I have problems sleeping if take it any later than 10:00 AM. So generally I take it once after Am cardio
I ve taken clen. If i started on Sunday. Id take one on sunday. 2 on monday and 3 on tuesday, and so forth Until your body cant take it anymore. or when your hands start shaking, or you start seeing the sideeffects. Then for how many ever days you were taking it. Like if you were taking it for a week then take a week off. And then repeat again.
I usually try to spread my dosages (20mcg) out evenly throughout the day so I don't get such a large dose at one setting. I've found it easier to tolerate the sides this way.
I'm taking clen @ 9am, 1:30pm, 6:00pm. 60mcg/ = 180mcg's/day and I'm sleeping ok. I'm on afternoons right now so I'll have to wait and see what happens when I'm on days.
I would also take some taurine as well if I were you. I cramped LARGE in the first week before I got my stubborn ass to the edge nutrition outlet.
