hey, i was wondering what are the best alternatives to nolvadex, because the tabs cost soo freaking much lol.

do you take it the same way? like im goonna take 10mg a day, so i would take 10mg a day jsut like tabs??

Yes..just use a 1ml dropper to measure it.Or a syringe will work as well.
