    I would like everyones' opinion on which is better for solid gains, and keeping gains. DECA OR EQ

    I have had quality gains with deca (bloat sucks). But I am curious about EQ

    EQ has harder more solid gains than deca . Deca is good but I prefer EQ

    If your looking for more "lean" gains then i would stick with EQ.

    go with eq but you have to run it atleast 12 weeks,i norm run min 12 weeks.

    Im running a Test E/Eq cycle right now and lovin' it. Before I ran a Test E/Deca , but didnt like the bloat so much.
