I toke a shot(test,Eq) in my left arm not to long ago and a day or 2 went by and i couldnt even move my arm without extreme pain, is this common?

Ex.
Someone hit my arm softly and left a huge knot on my arm!

if it was your first time in the delt....most people start out at 1 cc...no more...then they gradually work their way up to 2-3 cc's.....

virgin muscle does tend to get very sore for a few days after you pop it's cherry... it gets better though. i never have soreness anymore..

Learn how to hit your glutes- maximus and medial, much less pain usually than your delts.

if your injecting into your delt. go with a 25 g 1 inch pin. make sure ur loading it with an 18 or 20 gauge bc u dont wanna sit there for an hour drawing it in. you'll learn to like the pain of steroid shots because it feels like success lol.

I am wondering if the test was propionate? Those injections for the most part hurt like hell for awhile. High level of BA in there. Some brands are worse than others.

that happened to me last week, i think i injected too fast...went to the dr and they took blood ...said it looked like i was getting an infection in my arm....so they gave me meds, and now im all better

i massage for about a minute.. delts r so easy i love em... they seem to take the pin the best for me..
