B6 for Deca

Should I use Vitamin b6 for a progesterone blocker while using Deca. Is it effective also what's the effective daily dosage? Thanks n adv.

200mg is generally accepted unless symptoms of progesterone gyno appear... I saw symptoms so I bumped it up to 600mg and it's all good.

It says on medical textbooks that over 200 mg a day can be dangerous.. They tend to underestimate doses to be on the safeside, i.e. most ppl here prolly wouldnt get any symptoms at lil higher doses. People are diffrent but I would not recommend such high doses. Ne1 with practical knowledge on this ??
