1. your only 21 and you still have a lot of natural test. being produced through your body. dont need to go on steroids till your like 25 ish.
2. seeing your stats at 6'3 138. i mean its kind of obvious you dont have a lot of weight lifting expierence under your belt. so therefore hit the gym for a few years and EAT alot and reach your potential then consider steroids.
3. Do all of your research. if you do ur research it will tell in this site what to take with what and when.
4. anti estrogen is what keeps u from getting B* tits, bloating etc.
5. 2 + gallons of water a day? are you trying to see how many times you can pee in one day?
you dont need steroids at all now bro.... this is what you need
1. mutivitamin (not centrum)
2. Eat 5-6 meals a day consuming 10 cals per pound of body weight and 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
3. a workout schedule which is available on this site.
4. Amino Acids for the digestion of proteins.
5. a Pre-Workout drink (BSN No-X plode)
and that is all ... your body will thank you
